La Faisanderie, Dufftown
Dufftown bills itself as Scotland's 'Malt Whisky Capital' and where better to hold an Evening event with some like-minded people than 'La Faisanderie', which as you might guess from the name, boasts seasonal Scottish game with a pronounced French accent as one of the attractions at this two-tiered, bistro-style restaurant in the town square. It's an Anglo-French partnership in more ways than one, with English-born Mandy Bestwick running the show out front and Eric Obry (the Gallic half of the team) holding sway in the kitchen.
We will be in Tain during the day and joining Eric and Mandy from 7.00pm when you are welcome to join us for an evening of fine food and conversation.
